Angkor Wat, A Place You Must Visit Before You Die!!

Angkor is a district of Cambodia that served as the seat of the Khmer Empire, which prospered from around the ninth to fifteenth hundreds of years. The word Angkor is gotten from the Sanskrit nagara, signifying "city". The Angkorian period started in AD 802, when the Khmer Hindu ruler Jayavarman II proclaimed himself an "all inclusive ruler" and "god-lord", until 1351, when Angkor first fell under Ayutthayan suzerainty, to 1431, when Ayutthaya put down a defiance and sacked the Khmer capital, making its populace to move south Longvek.
